in 1991. I am a member of National Association of Social Workers
(NASW). I worked as a clinical social worker in Philadelphia,
PA from 1989-1991 then moved to Portland. I received my Oregon
licensure in 1995. My training and professional experience has
included psychotherapy with couples, adults, children, adolescents
and families. I have also worked in psychiatric residential settings
and hospital level care for emotionally disturbed youth. In my
current practice I work with a range of issues: parent-child
challenges, trauma and stress reactions, sexual abuse, divorce
adjustment, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, grief and loss,
attention problems, children of alcoholics, chemical dependency
and recovery issues, workplace conflicts, and anger management.
My theoretical orientation is varied including Solution-oriented
approaches, Cognitive-behavioral therapy, psycho-educational

treatment. I use energetic healing techniques extensively
in my practice. Among the Energy Psychology approaches I use
are: Dynamic Energetic Healing (DEH)®, Emotional Freedom Technique
(EFT), Tapas Acupressure Technique (TAT), Advanced Integrative
Therapy (AIT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing
(EMDR). I am a member of the Association for Comprehensive Energy
Psychology (ACEP).
